Timothy D. Pagel is a civil litigation attorney with experience successfully handling complex (and not so complex) cases for individuals, businesses, manufacturers and insurance companies. In addition to general civil litigation, his practice includes, Insurance Defense, Mass Tort/Toxic Tort and Product Liability Litigation. Tim has had the opportunity to be admitted pro hac vice in numerous jurisdictions across the country, as well as act as local counsel in Wisconsin. Whether large or small, Tim treats his cases with a strong attention to detail they all deserve.

In his free time, Tim enjoys teaching his young children the finer points of being a Packers and Badgers fan.
