Daniel C. Conway practices civil litigation in state and federal courts in Wisconsin. He has extensive experience handling insurance defense and coverage litigation in both trial and appellate level. His litigation practice includes Commercial General Liability, Personal Lines, Products Liability, Construction, Bad Faith, and Professional Errors and Omissions.  He has additional experience handling contract disputes and real estate matters.

Mr. Conway served as a Risk Manager for two large national corporations.  He speaks on the subject of Insurance Agents’ Errors & Omissions and has developed a certified course for licensed insurance agents.
