Hailey M. Anick graduated from Marquette University Law School in 2022.  Her practice primarily involves representing insurers and their insureds in civil cases including insurance coverage and extra-contractual liability matters.  She is licensed in Wisconsin state court, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.

 

During her time at Marquette, Ms. Anick clerked at the U.S. Attorney’s Office and a general practice law firm where she gained valuable experience in the intricacies of legal research, case investigation and trial evidence. She was also presented with the prestigious CALI Award for her performance in Trial Advocacy I, which is awarded to the student with the highest score. Following graduation, Ms. Anick obtained experience as an insurance defense attorney at both a small and mid-sized firm in the Milwaukee area where she represented some of the nation’s leading property and casualty insurers.  She has experience in all phases of litigation including pre-suit negotiations, managing complex discovery, pretrial practice, and dispositive motion practice. Ms. Anick’s passion for the law serves as her motivation to achieve the most favorable results for her clients. 

 

When she is not at the office Ms. Anick enjoys spending time with family, game nights with friends, and trying new restaurants in downtown Milwaukee.
